Greenwich, CT’s St. Patrick’s Day parade dates back over 50 years and is sponsored by the Greenwich Hibernian Association

When:

The St. Patrick's Day Parade should be held on Sunday, March 17, 2024, starting at 2 pm. See the parade's website here for the latest updates.

Where:

The Parade will start at Greenwich Town Hall.

The Greenwich Saint Patrick’s Day Parade kicks off at 2:00 PM beginning at the Greenwich Town Hall.

Note to parade participants: There will be shuttle buses taking marchers from the parking area by the finish (Island Beach parking lot) to the start of the parade at Town Hall.

What to bring

If it is a cold day, bring a warm hat, warm gloves, and warm shoes. For a sunny day, you’ll want to bring sunglasses, suntan lotion, and a hat. The parade goes on rain, shine or snow. And of course, it is traditional to be dressed in GREEN (or orange or white – colors of the Irish flag)!

Transportation and Parking

Mass transit is a great way to get in and out to see the parade.
