Hollywood, FL St. Patrick's Day Parade

Hollywood, FL’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival is an annual event sponsored by the City of Hollywood and Hibernians of Hollywood and celebrates "all things Irish."

When:

It is normally held on Sunday before St. Patrick's Day, March 10, 2024, Parade starts at 12 pm, festival runs from 12 pm until 6 pm. See their Facebook page for latest updates. They could have changed or cancelled it after we last updated this page.

Where:

The Parade will travel on Hollywood Boulevard and Harrison Street between 19th and 21st Avenues.

More about the parade:

The parade features dozens of floats, local marching bands and spectacular bagpipe and drum corps including the famous New York Emerald Society Pipe and Drum Corps. According to their website, the parade

Traditional Float Parade: Radio personality Footy will emcee the parade; Parade Grand Marshal is Peggy Campbell.

What to bring

If it is a cold day, bring a warm hat, warm gloves, and warm shoes. For a sunny day, you’ll want to bring sunglasses, suntan lotion, and a hat. The parade goes on rain, shine or snow. And of course, it is traditional to be dressed in GREEN (or orange or white - colors of the Irish flag)!
